1. Introduction
The sites are managed by Genevashop Sàrl, hereinafter referred to as “Genevashop”. The term “consumer” applies to natural persons placing an order. Genevashop reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the consumer.

3. Genevashop product
All our Internet products are available in store (see point 2) and within the limits of available stocks. The photographs presented on the site are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the products offered, in particular with regard to the colors.

4. Conclusion of contract
When the customer clicks on the confirm button, a contract is concluded between Genevashop and the consumer. The consumer confirms that he has read these general conditions of sale.

5. Price
The prices indicated on our websites are inclusive of VAT in Swiss francs (CHF). This means that our prices include current VAT. The prices displayed in foreign currency on the websites are indicative, and may vary according to exchange rates.

Taxes such as VAT may apply locally for orders outside Switzerland. Genevashop has no control over these taxes and the customer accepts them knowingly.

Genevashop reserves the right to modify the prices on the websites. The prices appearing on the website at the time of the order are authentic except in the event of manifest error on our part.

Promotional codes are only valid once per customer and cannot be reused during an exchange.

Please note that prices and offers on the Internet are not the same as in store.

6. Order
In order to place an order, please follow the steps below:

Create a customer account by filling out the form or identify himself if the consumer already has one. A customer account created on the Genevashop group platform (, is valid on all the group's sites.
Validate the contents of the basket by clicking on confirm
Make the payment according to the conditions provided on the website.
Genevashop reserves the right to refuse an order without indicating the reason. In the event of refusal, the customer will receive an email within 24 working hours indicating the refusal.

It is forbidden to order several products in order to try them and return part of the order.

7. Delivery costs
Delivery costs break down as follows:

Free delivery per order for orders over CHF 200.- in Switzerland

CHF 10.- per order for orders below CHF 199.95 in Switzerland

CHF 25.- per order for express orders within 24 working hours in Switzerland

Genevashop reserves the right to modify delivery costs.

8. Payment
The amount due for each order is payable in the following ways:

By PayPal

By invoice* via Swissbilling (only for Swiss residents)

By installment** via Swissbilling (only for Swiss residents)

*Acceptance subject to conditions. Fee of CHF 3.50 minimum per order.

** Acceptance subject to conditions. Fees of CHF 6.50 minimum per order as well as interest due to the creditor. The possibility of paying by installments is open for all orders over CHF 200.00. The maximum number of monthly payments is determined by the Federal Consumer Credit Act. Above an order of CHF 500.00, the maximum number of monthly payments is legally limited to 4 monthly payments.

9. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. The buyer must enter in good faith the information concerning his address which will allow the delivery of his order. In case of reshipment, the sum of 12.- CHF will be requested from the customer. In the event that a customer does not receive a package twice, Genevashop reserves the right to exclude this customer from the Genevashop Group sites.

Delivery times are given for information only.

In the event that a parcel is lost following a return to the sender or for an address error, the customer is considered responsible for the loss of the parcel and no compensation can be requested from Genevashop.

10. Withdrawal
Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fifteen days from receipt of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. In order to benefit from the conditions of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to receive the package. Before returning the package, he must contact the after-sales service via his customer account. The withdrawal can in no case be partial. It is strictly forbidden to order several products in order to try and return the partial order.

No delivery dispute will be accepted at the end of this period. The customer is required to check the condition of the items delivered.

Any anomaly concerning the items (damage, missing item compared to the order form, damaged or open package, broken item, defective, etc.) must be indicated within 3 days of delivery.

11. Exchanges, Returns, Warranty & Customer Service
All products supplied by Genevashop benefit from the guarantee. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back or exchange it. Usual wear effects or improper use of the product are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover, for example, indoor basketball shoes used outdoors, turf (FG) football shoes used on synthetic turf and poor maintenance of leather models. Basketball and football shoes wear out particularly quickly; the lifespan of a regular player's shoe is a maximum of 3 months. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following addresses: within three months of delivery.

Condition of items

All returned items must be returned perfectly intact and in their original packaging (box of shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions, plastic, etc.).

Upon receipt of the package, Genevashop will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the items unfit for sale. If the return is refused by Genevashop, the items will then be returned to the customer at the customer's expense without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement and Genevashop may exercise all corresponding recovery actions with the customer.


Subject to compliance with these return conditions, the exchange will be made through the establishment of a credit note which will allow the customer to recommend a product of the same value free of charge.

Refund of returns

Subject to compliance with these return conditions, Genevashop will refund the returned items within 15 days of the return to stock of the goods.

12. Liability
The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; its responsibility cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems

13. Archiving and Proof
Genevashop will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy. Genevashop's computerized registers will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

14. Dispute Resolution
These online sales conditions are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Geneva unless otherwise provided by law.
